What is Fun Writing?
Fun Writing, established in July 2020 by the BOE’s previous Coordinator for International Relations Allyson Roberts. Is an English writing program that aims to provide students with an engaging way to use English beyond the classroom and give Assistant Language Teachers the opportunity to interact with students outside of their schools.Each term, up to 200 students across Akita are paired up with participating ALTs as penpal partners.
ファンライティングは秋田県教育庁の英語推進班が立ち上げた英語筆記のプログラムです。令和２年に教育庁の元国際交流員アリソンロバートッスが
作ったプログラムです。
ファンライティングで生徒とALTの先生がお互いの文化や意見を話し合い、学校以外に英語が使える機会です。各期に200人の生徒と参加してるALTの先生達がペンパルのパートナーになり、楽しく手紙でやり取りをします。
